We are so thrilled that you are getting ready to book a Workshop. We require four weeks’ notice between the time of booking and the day of the workshop, most of the year.

During the holidays (October through December) we require 6 weeks’ notice.

If you have a specific date in mind, we encourage you to reach out sooner rather than later, to secure your spot.

All of the supplies and materials required to build the Kokedama, such as plants, soil, terracotta bases, etc. will be supplied by Fresh Space by Grace.

We do not provide tables or chairs for the workshops.

We require a minimum commitment of 8 workshop participants, however, the more the merrier, and we can host up to 15 participants.

What makes the Kokedama Workshop so appealing is that it creates very little mess (considering we’re playing with dirt) and can be located almost anywhere. Tables and chairs are best, such as in a lunchroom or common area setting, but we can get creative!

Set-up and take-down is completed by Grace and her team.

Our Kokedama Workshops are so much fun, and we are proud to offer them at an accessible and competitive rate.

There is a $300 CAD base fee and then an additional $33 CAD per person participating.
